Basic Information

1. Languages we can communicate in: english and croatian/bosnian/serbian2. Any payment is sent in EURO€ over paypal invoice or ko-fi (or direct payment at Vgen)3. Any request/commission may take up to 4 weeks (usually done in frame of few days to 2 weeks)4. We will be in active communication as your request/commission is worked on if requested5. All art may be worked on stream & shared on socials- please, inform me beforehand that it is to kept secret! (will be additionaly charged 30€)

WILL NOT DRAW:
• heavy armor
• men (selective) -no extremly short hair or facial hair
• furries (selective) - okay if containing more human features than animal
• clowns
• detailed mecha
• detailed lewd
• IRL references as pets (objects, clothes etc. examples are ok)

Terms Of Service & Use

• YCH request/commission prices already include fee• any art done by me may not be used for more than personal use! (streaming is ok.)• CREDITING IS MANDATORY for all art created by me (even free art!)
Art that you are gifted by me is not mandatory credit but highly appreciated!• respect that I can turn down & refund the request/commission if I am not comfortable with the idea/character and am not obliged to give a specific reason for my decision• I have the right to use existing commercial licensed or commercial free construction assets such as brushes, vectors, symbols, patterns, templates etc. & educational material such as anatomy, pose references, tutorials etc.• requests/commissions have to be payed full upfront - make sure beforehand you want to work together• any custom commission is refundable only when:
-sketch done: 70%
-lineart done: 40%
-base colors done: 20%• you will be fully refunded only if it happens I won't be able to work on your request after payment is recieved• if you will be in any way disrespectful, cross privacy boundries etc you will not be refunded and we won't be working together again• any tips/donations are non refundable on any site that has the posibility• I hold all rights to all requests/commissions/shop items/raffle art/gifted art and not the buyer/recipient and am allowed to use the copyright work for promoting, portfolios etc.• changes to art are free to some extent & might be charged otherwise• lewd requests are accepted only with valid ID preview• any art purchased/recieved may not be used for more than personal use (further earning from it/merch/resell etc.) unless previously agreed on (streaming is okay!)• full commercial rights (for reselling,merch etc.) are currently unavailable unless agreed on under special terms

The clients/buyers are allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for only what is agreed on/paid for.
Use the art to promote with rightful credits to artist.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Using the art for any commercial purpose. (aka making money off of it)
Taking credit for the artwork or not giving proper credit.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Altering & tracing the artwork without my consent.
Reselling my original art or art that was commissioned.
Using my art for AI or NFT.
Public uploading to sites/extensions such as BTTV, FFZ, 7TV and similar (private upload is okay with credit)

• Hiring me/ buying shop items means you read and agree to my T.O.S.
• I hold every right to cancel your request without refund if you don't follow T.O.S. during work process.
• I hold every right to sue a complaint if you do not follow T.O.S after the request/purchase is over.

*all T.O.S. applies to raffle/giveaway winners & those who were gifted art by me, too. (unless stated differently in TOS details)*Website is and can be updated & clients will be updated accordingly through social media.

HOW TO PROPERLY CREDIT

TWITCH

• Any art used on your channel should be credited in your bio panels• Emotes should be added an attribution

>Bottom right ''emote attribution'' & search for your artist (in my case it is @mystiena)

TWITTER/X/BLUESKY/IG

[• Art used as PFP or banner/header should be credited in your bio
• If you post art made for you, credit the artist in the post text or in comments
HOW?
>tag them with @artist
>tag them with @/artist (if they said they wish to not be pinged)
>use their art tag if they have one^ this should be done for every post you may use the art for-in my case I am okay with being ping tagged

DISCORD

• Art used as PFP or banner/header should be credited in your bio• If you post someone's art in art channels as a photo, link their website, too (or even better post their art directly with their original post link)• Credit the emote artists by adding their name in emote name (e.g. BunnyHappy_ByMystiena)
or
create a credits channel if you use art of many artists (besides emotes) and create a list!

Not all artists require the same, but this is a general way to credit on these 3 main sites and any other that allows you to, in any way, write the artists name on!
Please, check with your artists what type of credit they wish for & READ TOS FULLY as it is probably stated there!
